Powerhouse is the perfect name for this agency!! Kate and Paris were fantastic, along with their marketing, staging and maintenance teams, and the outcome was amazing. Everything was done electronically as we live interstate, which was ridiculously easy and seamless!! Suddenly we were under contract with an offer that well exceeded our expectations, only 4 short weeks to the day that our tired rental property of 11 years was vacated. An outstanding result, and we still can’t believe it!
